Do you have the proper licensing?

Yes, I am a heating and air conditioning contractor. I have all the licensing including being insured and bonded.

What is HVAC?

HVAC stands for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.

Do you perform routine heat and air service?

Yes, I usually perform one heat and air service in the spring for air conditioning season and then again in the fall for heater season. That is the frequency I recommend for HVAC service.

Why is my refrigerator not cooling?

Make sure the unit still has power. Are the lights still on? If you still have power then there are several reasons why it may not be working. It could be something as simple as a thermostat problem or as complicated as a compressor that has gone out.

I do commonly deal with issues where there is a refrigerator not cooling, so I would be happy to take a look.

What should I do before I call a refrigerator repairman when I find my refrigerator not cooling?

Even if you’re having an issue with your refrigerator not cooling, please leave the fridge plugged in. When I get to a job and the unit is unplugged it has given everything a chance to cool down and everything may start back up when I plug it in and I can’t tell what was wrong.

Why is my ice maker not working?

If you’re having an issue with your ice maker not working, and you know the water is still connected to the freezer and working, then it may be several things from the water valve to the ice maker needing replaced itself.

Just like the issues with a refrigerator not cooling, I frequently deal with an ice maker not working. So I would be happy to come out ant take a look.

Does my fridge or freezer use Freon?

While a refrigerator and freezer do need Freon to cool properly they don’t “use” Freon like a car uses gasoline. The appliance is sealed from the factory and should never need to have Freon added to make your refrigerator or freezer cool properly.

What brands of refrigerators do you work on?

I work on all the common brands like GE, Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Amana, and Frigidare.

Currently, the market is being flooded with Samsung and LG. While I do work on them, I do not have any manuals for them at this time. If I come out to work on a Samsung or LG fridge and can not figure out the problem there will not be any charge for my service.

What brand of Heating and Air Conditioning do you work on?

I work on just about every heater and air conditioning brand, including: Ruud, Rheem, Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Bryant, American Standard, Goodman, Armstrong and Amana.

Do you do any commercial refrigeration?

No, I am strictly residential only for refrigerator repairs, heaters, AC, and all heat and air service.
