Over 40 years of Edmond summers.

I'm Eric Steele. I started Eric's in 1984, right out of trade school, and I've worked this market ever since — Edmond, Deer Creek, Piedmont and north Oklahoma City.

I'm third generation in the trade. My grandfather started Steele Appliance Service in the early 1960s and my father, Bob, ran it for over 50 years. I grew up around service calls, and what I took from both of them is simple: understand the problem, fix it properly, charge a fair price, and be someone people are glad to see at the door.

These days the work is heating and air conditioning only — service, repair and installation. That's where forty years of experience is worth the most, and it's what I do best. I've since added a trained assistant for larger installations — more capacity on the bigger jobs, with no change to how the work gets done or who oversees it.

I don't treat anybody as a one-time customer. Every job gets done like you'll be looking at it for a long time.

Call or text is the fastest way to reach me — I carry a separate business phone, so a text goes straight to the right place.
